We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers in the United States and Canada.
Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer standard shipping and express options within the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- All Canadian provinces
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or international destinations outside the U.S. and Canada at this time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by Canadian authorities.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Delays or Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Pearly is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays or unforeseen events (weather, customs, etc.)
- Missed delivery attempts
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@getpearly.co with your order number, and we’ll help you resolve it with the carrier.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the package and contents before opening, and contact us immediately at info@getpearly.co.
We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Wrong or Incomplete Address
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you made an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the package has shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for undeliverable orders.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:
- Reship the order once shipping fees are repaid, or
- Issue a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable)
