If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that opened or used supplement containers cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Digital downloads or gift cards

Sale or promotional items
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getpearly.co with your order number and clear photos of the product(s) received.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@getpearly.co.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
7. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact our support team first to receive the return address and authorization.
Do not send your purchase back without prior approval.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was received damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@getpearly.co.
